Small Change Big Impact

An alien called human

       

A mysterious rocket ship landed on the barren ground, creating a huge cloud of smoke that covered miles and miles of forest. The wildlife around questioned what was going on, but little did they know this was the end of their beautiful climate. Let me backtrack a bit for you. Before this mysterious spaceship arrived, the animals lived in harmony. Basically they tried to protect their home at all costs, but with these new species there was no telling what they would do to the environment. As the door to the spaceship opened, there were little deformed heads popping out, and the animals saw the species only had two legs and some weird things dangling from their sides. 

 

       As time went on this new species destroyed homes of many wildlife and started building their own. At first the animals thought that this was okay, they were just making homes for themselves, and that later when they are done we can present them without a plan. But that was not the case. As time went on, the species continued to build more and more. 

 

      The animals continued to go with it until they thought it was finally enough. The animals had walked over in a stampede and pushed the species back into their ship. The door closed. The animals thought they did it, they got rid of that disturbance and they could go back to living normal lives, but as they were walking away the doors opened again, then closed, which seemed like malfunction. But after 5 minutes the problem was fixed. The species came out with these things that were carried by what seemed like noodles coming out of their side. As the animals stood still they heard the noise of a gun, one by one their army was decreasing, and they had to retreat. The animals decided to stay away from them, but it was hard, because they were everywhere. On earth at that time, there was only one continent, and it seemed like the mystery species had taken over. 

 

      Later, the continent split up into smaller ones, splitting up the animal kingdom. There was no way for the animals to win. As time went on, they felt a surge of heat, it was nothing like before, it was like somehow the planet was heating up. In the Arctic, the ice was melting, and the animals living there were having a hard time trying to survive, and the animals living in the sea faced major problems. The ocean water grew warmer and there were more poisonous plants growing in their home.  

 

      The animals had no clue what was going on until they saw big clouds of smoke coming from the north. It was not possible for it to be a volcano, since those were in the south, so the animals had no clue what it was. As they traversed their way up the rocky terrain, and the hot humid desert, they finally realized that it was the species. The species developed equipment that polluted the environment which went against the animal’s number one rule. But there was nothing they could do about it, science they could not risk anymore lives. The animals suffered for millions of years, until now. Their situation has gotten much worse and more and more of them are dying off, and this continued until there was no one left on the planet. This was the wake up call of what has come to be known as Climate change.
